Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Belly's Candle Co.! Because of the nature of candles and fragrance products, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

Damaged in Shipping

If something arrives damaged from shipping, we'll gladly send you a replacement. Just send us a message through our Contact Us page with your order number (and a photo of the damage, if you can), and we'll get back to you shortly.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is placed with an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any additional postage needed to resend it.
