Shipping and Returns
Orders will ship in 1-2 business days unless another timeframe is noted at the top of this website. Domestic flat rate shipping costs $ 7.99
After the product has been shipped, delivery timeframes can range between 1-3 days.
If you'd like to return your purchase, please contact us within 4 days of delivery. Items can be refunded if UNUSED and safely returned in their original condition (to prevent denting for resale.) Â Custom labels or scents are not returnable but are replaceable if damaged upon arrival.Â
The buyer is responsible for original and return shipping costs (excluding damaged or defective goods.)Â
We have tested all of our scents as candles & melts. Scents and their strengths are personal and subjective; we ask that you keep that in mind when ordering.
If you are not able to smell the scent before lighting/melting, inserting diffuser reeds: Â DO NOT use the item and contact us immediately. Used items cannot be returned/refunded.

Custom ordered scents are not returnable.Â
All sales are final with any giveaway no exceptions.Â

If your item is defective or damaged, we will be more than happy to help. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. USPS requires all insured claims to have photo proof of the damage. Please take photos right away and send us a message. We will take care of the claim and give you further details after we contact USPS.
If your product is defective, please let us know as soon as possible and provide a photo, if possible.

In the event of an order being returned to Belly’s Candle Co.
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If the order has been entered with an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for additional postage required for us to resend it.Â
The buyer is also responsible for postage to resend the package(s) that have been returned to us for any other reason.Â
Please contact us as soon as possible if you have shipped to the wrong address; we may be able to catch it and reroute if it is not yet returned.
Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of ordering.Â

Lost or Undelivered:
If your order says delivered and it's not, please contact either Belly’s Candle Co. or your local USPS; they will be able to do a GPS track to see where the package(s) were left. Â
Belly’s Candle Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will be happy to call USPS and try to find the delivery location.Â
